Time heals
Sweden hesitates, hand hovering over bare skin.
After a moment, Norway realizes why.
He sighs. Clenches his teeth. Resists urges to grab him by the hair and give him a talking to.
He remembers the ache that Roskilde left him with. The agony of being split. The scar is thick and red and ugly as it's ever been.
But it's been three hundred years, he thinks. Three hundred and fifty. Do you think I haven't forgiven this?
"Quit dithering," Norway mutters, and wraps his arms and legs around him. Rocks up, hears Sweden groan.
He's forgiven. He'll make him forget.
