Iceland doesn't speak a single word as he is pressed down onto the mattress. Norway makes sure of it, covering his mouth with his own, stealing a deep, almost-endless kiss that leaves them both breathless.
When they break they stare at each other, gasping. In the dim light Norway's eyes look darker than usual. Iceland parts his lips to speak, but finds himself unable to until Norway prompts him.
"The word...?"
"Please."
That is enough and in a matter of moments that seem like seconds they are together. Their whispers, their touches, every action in time with one another, and the shadows on the wall show neither difference nor space between the two of them. To Iceland, it seems, they are as they should be.
