You know, exploring Hetalia through your writing is really fun! I obviously don't know how much of their characterization here is canon but I like how you write these two. Norway really is kind of inscrutable but in a way that holds together, and Romania is delightfully how I'd imagine him - he really would be suspicious and insecure when others (especially those who don't "need" him) show him attention, hide it under humour and sarcasm, but really be grateful when it turns out it's genuine.
