Cling
The moment they're alone, Denmark's arms wrap around him. He presses his face to Norway's hair, makes a soft whining noise. Tightens his grip like he'll never let go.
There are many things Norway could say to this. That it's only been a few years since they saw each other last. That he's tired, it's been a very long day, and he'd like to go to bed. That this is quite enough, thanks.
But he holds his tongue. Lets Denmark hold him. Slides his arms around him after a moment.
A few years is a blink, but it's too long.
