Other: Written for Three Sentence Ficathon; prompt was "Phichit/Guang Hong - Shall we skate?" [Original thread]. I might revisit/expand this into a longer fic some day, because it's a cute idea that's hard to cram into three sentences. But for now, the short version is below. :)
Maybe, Some Day
They'd planned the visit to Bangkok; and as for the rest, well, 'planned' didn't exactly describe it – but who could say no to the sight of Phichit holding out his hand and saying, with the brightest of smiles, "Shall we skate?"
Pair skating had never been on Guang Hong's agenda, at least not for the time being, but as they glided across the ice together, laughing while they fooled around in time to the familiar music, goofing off when they should have been taking the rink time to work seriously, he found his insides twisting, his heart lightening from how close they were, how surprisingly well he and Phichit moved together –
Even though Phichit hadn't said a word about filming it, Guang Hong wasn't surprised when their skate showed up on the internet; and as he watched the video over, and over, and over, he kept that moment close, and held onto it, and remembered what the recording didn't show: the rush of the air between them, and the possibilities of yes, of maybe, someday.
