"Ain't received much in the way of mail," Norway says, slipping into Sweden's study. "Not since I got here."
He'd waited to bring it up. Months of nothing but the most necessary, official communications – Norway knows there must be more.
Reading his mail is one thing. Keeping it is another.
Sweden pauses in his writing. Sets his pen down. Looks up.
"That so," he says.
"Right."
"Waitin' for something?"
Norway stares at him. "Would know best yourself if there's summat for me to wait on."
Sweden's gaze darts to the fireplace, then back.
He says nothing.
He doesn't have to.
