In the cab on the way back to their residence, Sweden's hand covers his own.
"Did y'have a good night?"
Norway presses his lips together, not knowing how to answer.
An impressive performance, it's true. And Sweden had seen to it that they had an excellent box.
But Norway knows that one reason to go to the opera is to be seen there. For the sake of appearances.
For the sake of Sweden being seen with Norway at his side.
And yet. Maybe the question is just a question.
"It was good," he says, and lets Sweden hold his hand.
