Flint to Spark
I won't come to you with words
as you don't care for poetry
and "love", spoken quietly,
doesn't impress you.
So I come instead with open palms,
scattering sparks and light,
all I have in this world.
I will follow you into darkness,
set silence ablaze.
Maybe this will get your attention.
My fire is bright as stars.
